Fire at Playground - 5/1/2022

Dear Homeowners,


The HOA board is aware of an incident on Sunday (5/1/2022) evening that left a burned spot near the playground. The Dept. of Natural Resources police and Sheriff’s Department were notified and conducted an investigation. In addition, they have spoken to the children and parents involved. The board will continue to follow-up and decide if any additional course of action needs to be taken.


This notification is to remind you that open fires within the Common Area are prohibited. Thankfully, this incident was mitigated before causing more damage and possibly a loss of lives.
