Governing Documents Update
The Board of Directors (BOD) is seeking input from the membership prior to updating the Association's Governing Documents.
The current Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) and By-laws were written in the 1980's and are lacking in many areas that would allow the BOD to more effectively manage the Association.
We are working with our attorney to include language that will allow better enforcement of the existing CCRs and to add or remove information that homeowners feel should or should not be included.
