Vandalism and Misuse of Common Area

Over the past few months, misuse and vandalism regarding HOA property has created the need for additional expenditures from an already tight budget. These expenditures include the repair or replacement of child swings, doggie bag dispensers, and fence rails at the park. In addition, the book exchange will not be repaired or replaced.

The Board works diligently to operate within the confines of the budget and without major increases in our annual dues. Vandalism and misuse make it much harder.


Please remind members of your household and your guests to respect the park area and to take care of the equipment that your dues help purchase.

If you see someone misusing the park area, please say something and report it to the Board.
